Qualifications

• 1+ year security monitoring experience in a high security environment.
• DCJS training within 90 days of on-duty in VA/MD.

Responsabilités

• Continuously monitor to detect unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breaches.
• Conduct regular perimeter checks and patrols to ensure security of the base infrastructure.
• Track and document incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized personnel enter secure areas.
• Verify identifications, credentials, and clearances for personnel and visitors.
• Monitor entry/exit points to prevent removal of restricted materials.
• Respond quickly to alarms and disturbances to assess and mitigate threats.
• Assist in emergencies such as evacuations, fires, or active threats.
