Responsibilities

• Prepare shift documentation, reports, and work orders clearly.
• Relieve watch personnel and log times accurately.
• Conduct radio checks and maintain security logs.
• Patrol facilities to monitor residents and safety.
• Maintain accurate building picture boards and bed slots.
• Organize resident work details to keep areas clean.
• Perform urinalysis testing, counts, and related duties.
• Document disciplinary actions per procedures.
• Conduct cleanliness checks of facility and belongings.
• Welcome visitors and verify identities professionally.
• Communicate with residents and staff to foster respect.
• Attend staff meetings and share observations.
