The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Monitor to maintain safety and security across the facility. You will perform rounds, document incidents, and ensure all equipment and logs are up to date.

This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work within state and contract guidelines to safeguard residents and staff. Training and benefits are provided as part of employment with GEO Reentry Services LLC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of general work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate computers and security software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous state of alertness to control and secure the facility and residents.
• Prepare shift documentation and security reports to meet standards.
• Conduct radio checks and log results in security records.
• Monitor residents and facility safety and security within guidelines.
• Assist with counts, rounds, and incident documentation as required.
• Welcome visitors and verify identity while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
