Planate Management Group seeks an experienced Security Manager to support the Air Force project in Ohio. The role focuses on security program management for SCIF and secure facilities, ensuring compliance and accreditation activities while maintaining integrity of physical security programs.

Key responsibilities include managing SCIF programming, implementing CSPs, coordinating TSCM, and overseeing security testing, site access, and documentation. Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in Physical Security, TEMPEST, and MILCON project management, Antiterrorism and Force Protection.
• Training in ICD 705, Site Security Manager and TEMPEST.
• Experience authoring and implementing Construction Security Plans and coordinating TSCM.
• Expertise in the design, installation, operation, and accreditation of IDS, ACS, WIDS, SCIFs and SAPFs.
• Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.

Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to support the Air Force project in Ohio. You will provide security program management support for SCIF and secure facility projects, ensuring compliance with security requirements, supporting accreditation activities, and maintaining the integrity of physical security programs.
