Planate Management Group (PMG) seeks an experienced Security Manager to support an Air Force project in Ohio. You will oversee SCIF security programs, ensure ICD 705 compliance, and coordinate accreditation activities while maintaining secure facility operations.

The role requires extensive experience in physical security, TEMPEST, and MILCON project management, with training in ICD 705, SSM, and TEMPEST. Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as needed; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in Physical Security, TEMPEST, and MILCON project management, AT and FP.
• ICD 705, Site Security Manager (SSM), and TEMPEST training.
• Experience authoring and implementing Construction Security Plans (CSP) and coordinating TSCM.
• Expertise in design, installation, operation, and accreditation of IDS, ACS, WIDS, SCIFs, and SAPFs.
• Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.

Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to support the Air Force project in Ohio. You will provide security program management support for SCIF and secure facility projects, ensuring compliance with security requirements, supporting accreditation activities, and maintaining the integrity of physical security programs.

• Expertise in the design, installation, operation, and accreditation of IDS, ACS, WIDS, SCIFs, and SAPFs
• Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.
