Aramark Nexus is seeking a Security Manager to lead security operations for a large-scale, 24/7 residential workforce community near Hereford, Texas. The role requires coordinating with a third-party security provider and ensuring safety for residents, staff, and facilities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, security program development, and collaboration with site leadership and local emergency services.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, law enforcement, physical security, or related field.
• Proven track record overseeing third-party contract security providers.
• Strong knowledge of access control, patrols, incident response, and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall security program for a large-scale, 24/7 residential workforce community.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with the third-party security provider and ensure staffing and training meet expectations.
• Establish and maintain security procedures for access control, patrols, incident response, and resident safety.
• Coordinate investigations involving security incidents and policy violations.
• Develop emergency security procedures and coordinate with local emergency services.
