Securitas USA is seeking a Security Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead Security Officers at a client site, observe activities, report incidents, and maintain a safe environment for client property and personnel.

You will direct Lead Security Supervisors on priorities and coordinate site needs, drawing on 3+ years of supervisory security experience in hotel/casino settings when possible. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Security Manager - Full Time

Primary Location: Las Vegas, NV

Wage: $23.27/HR

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

As a Security Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions while providing direction to Lead Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Basic Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have a strong security presence.
• 3 years of Supervisor / Management experience in a hotel and casino security preferred.
• Prior security work experience in an exhibit, attraction, theme parks, museum, recreation facility, or other public space.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Must have the ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
