Job summary

JANUS Research Group seeks a Security Analyst to provide high-level DoD security program support on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on managing PERSEC, INDUSEC, and OPSEC/Antiterrorism programs, with responsibility for workforce compliance, security metrics, and program protection documentation.

The ideal candidate has an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of multi-disciplinary DoD security experience, and hands-on expertise with DISS, PSIP, APACS, ICAM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive DoD security program experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Security Office Actions Tracker and verify requests and personnel actions.
• Compile daily/monthly security metrics for leadership briefings.
• Develop program protection documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Manage PERSEC/INDUSEC security tracks and vetting processes.
• Coordinate and schedule biometrics and background investigations.
• Submit and audit Visit Authorization Requests (VAR) in DISS.
