Target is seeking an Assets Protection Team Leader in Overland Park, KS to lead security operations, manage theft prevention, and coach a team of associates. The role focuses on protecting assets, maintaining guest experience, and implementing safety protocols across all store activities.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior loss prevention or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest experience commitments across store.
