Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain secure store operations.
• Train and coach team members to follow safety and loss-prevention practices.
• Monitor shrink and theft trends; implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with store leadership on shortages and security priorities.
• Lead a team of hourly staff and manage scheduling with leadership input.
• Respond to security incidents with appropriate escalation and action.
• Maintain compliance with Target policies and procedures.
