You will coordinate safety training, document incidents, verify access credentials, and support ongoing loss prevention initiatives. The position is safety-sensitive with a Wed-Sat 6:00 am–4:30 pm schedule and a pay range of $17–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years in Safety, Security or Loss Prevention.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Safety-first attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guard Post: welcome visitors at the front gate.
• Enforce policies to protect the team.
• Document and resolve security incidents.
• Verify credentials and manage site entry.
• Improve safety processes and programs.
• Collaborate on accident prevention initiatives.
• Escort personnel to and from the property as needed.
• Execute emergency procedures and follow action plans.
