This safety-sensitive role leads incident investigations, enforces policies, coordinates safety training, and partners with security to maintain a secure environment while supporting a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Criminal Justice/Business or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in Safety, Security, or Loss Prevention.
• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Safety-first attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guard Post Hero: Be the welcoming face at our front gate.
• Safety Champion: Enforce policies that keep our team protected.
• Incident Investigator: Document and resolve security matters.
• Access Controller: Verify credentials and manage site entry.
• Problem Solver: Continuously improve our safety processes.
• Team Player: Collaborate on accident prevention initiatives.
• Escort Services: Escort personnel to and from the property as needed.
• Emergency Procedures: Execute command post procedures during disasters.
