Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in West St Paul, MN is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Officer to deter shoplifting, patrol floors, and monitor CCTV. This role requires clear reporting and coordination with local law enforcement as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a background check and drug screening, and be capable of writing concise reports and testifying in court when required. Weekend shifts and first/second shifts available.

Job Description:

• Previous Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement experience is a plus but not a requirement
• Criminal Justice or related studies a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
