Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years security/loss prevention experience, or 2-year degree with 2 years related experience.
• Experience in security operations and regulatory compliance is required.
• Ability to train staff in emergency procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security and loss prevention operations.
• Conduct hazard and risk assessments and OSHA/Safety audits.
• Develop and implement fire prevention and emergency plans.
• Oversee CCTV, alarm, and duress systems maintenance.
• Lead accident prevention and incident investigations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and protect assets.
• Hire and train security staff and conduct performance reviews.
