Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 4+ years of civil defense, ideally including premises liability and general liability.
• Premises and hospital security experience a plus.
• Dispositive motion practice experience.
• Superior analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload as part of a team.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
