Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking security officers for a pharmaceutical distribution warehouse in Hammond, Louisiana. The role supports 2 shifts with credentials verification, perimeter patrols, and prompt response to alarms and hazards.

Candidates should have a LA Security License, CPR-AED, LA Driver’s License, and basic computer skills; pre-employment background and drug screening are required. Benefits and on-call flex options are available.

Qualifications

• LA Security License is required.
• CPR-AED Certification is required.
• LA Driver’s License is required.
• Basic computer skills with Track-Tik experience is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and safety hazards.
• Other duties to be determined by operations.

Hammond, Louisiana

We’re seeking security officers who reflect the following:

• Confident in decision-making
• Responsible for upholding safety standards
• Foot Patrols, Checkpoints, Truck Gate
• This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Shift Schedules

Mon thru Fri 4pm-12Midnite

$17.50 p/hr

Prior warehouse and/or truck gate experience is a plus!
