Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Manager Industrial Security 1 to lead a security team at the Sacramento, CA facility. The role requires the Facility Security Officer duties, compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM, and collaboration with government agencies on security programs.

The position involves managing security plans, personnel investigations, and safeguarding classified information at multiple sites while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective security awareness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Industrial Security experience or Master’s with 3 years, with substitution for degree acceptable.
• Current Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain a Poly.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in related field.
• Requires completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Curriculum within first 30 days of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide security oversight for Northrop Grumman facilities in Sacramento, CA.
• Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Sacramento facility and support other sites as needed.
• Lead a team of security professionals and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and administer security plans, procedures, and training, including OPSEC and 32 CFR Part 117 compliance.
• Maintain security databases and conduct inquiries into security incidents.
