You will protect guests and team members, oversee Security Ambassadors and Officers, respond to emergencies, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality while upholding security policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military or hospitality preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use Word and Excel for incident reporting.
• CPR/First Aid training required or to be completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of guests and team members on Seneca Gaming Corporation properties.
• Respond to critical situations and medical emergencies; diffuse conflicts as needed.
• Provide direction to Ambassadors and Officers and supervise duties per policy.
• Complete incident reports and maintain post integrity and confidentiality.
• Support compliance with information security policies and participate in ongoing training.
