Unifi Aviation LLC in Seattle seeks a security professional to oversee provisioning and access control for employees, visitors, contractors and vendors, ensuring proper authorization and secure entry to client facilities.

This role includes screening, incident reporting, daily activity documentation, and coordination with site staff. Paid training, full-time hours, benefits, and flight privileges after 30 days are included.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations at sites in the absence of a supervisor.
• Perform access control and screening of employees, visitors, contractors and vendors.
• Inspect identifications, vehicle decals, and screen individuals before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections and body scans as required.
• Patrol premises, address inquiries, and document concerns from tenants and staff.
• Prepare clear security incident and activity reports.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and notify management as needed.
• Operate radios and security equipment following policy.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors-accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties:

• Oversees daily Operations at sites in absence of Supervisor
• Access Control & Screening, which includes Inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections to employee body scans, bag checks, and ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) screenings.
• Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
• Response to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
• Management and communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Security License Requirements:

• Licensed Security Guard Card. (sponsored)

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand for long periods, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
