Job summary

Unifi Security in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee provisioning and access control for all entrants to client facilities, ensuring proper authorization and secure entry. The role includes supervising daily operations in the absence of a supervisor, performing access control screening, conducting random inspections, reporting incidents, and coordinating with management.

Full-time status begins at 30 hours per week with paid training, benefits, 401k, and flight privileges after

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations at sites in absence of Supervisor.
• Access Control & Screening, including inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screening visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections to employee body scans, bag checks, and ETD screenings.
• Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
• Respond to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
• Manage communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
• Complete work safely and per company standards; follow safety policies.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards per Unifi policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

· Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.

· Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.

Physical requirements:

· Must be able to frequently lift, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand for long periods, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

· Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.

· Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
