Job summary

Unifi Security is seeking personnel to oversee provisioning and access control for all individuals accessing client facilities, ensuring proper authorization and secure entry. The role involves inspecting IDs, screenings, and responding to incidents to maintain safety.

We offer immediate hiring, paid training, and benefits including health coverage, a 401k, and flight privileges after 30 days. Full-time work starts at 30 hours per week, with weekly pay and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provisioning and access control management for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure proper authorization and secure entry into client facilities.
• Inspect identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors and contractors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections (body scans, bag checks, ETD screenings).
• Patrol premises and document security concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
• Prepare clear reports on security incidents and daily activities and notify management as needed.
• Respond to building alarms and emergencies, coordinating with security team.
• Operate radios and security equipment, following safety and operational standards.

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors-accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties

• Access Control & Screening, which includes Inspection of identifications, vehicle decals, and screen visitors, couriers, and contractors before entry.
• Conduct random security inspections to employee body scans, bag checks, and ETD (Explosive Trace Detection) screenings.
• Patrol premises, respond to security-related inquiries, and document concerns from tenants, employees, and the public.
• Prepare clear and concise reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Report security incidents and document criminal or suspicious activities, notifying management of incidents and emergencies.
• Response to building emergency alarms, including fire, elevator entrapments, and intercom alerts.
• Management and communication via radios and other security-related equipment.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Physical requirements

• Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
