Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Lead Officer in Longview, WA for a full-time, on-site role with a rotating 4-on 4-off schedule. The position offers a wage of $21.00 per hour and opportunities for growth within a dedicated regional and area management structure.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, with strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills, and the ability to manage patrols, incidents, and documentation effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screen including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

Security Lead Officer — Full Time — Longview, WA

Wage: $21.00/HR

Available Schedule: 6am-6pm / 4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a Lead Officer position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
