Security Lead/CISO – High-Growth Social Casino

One of my clients, a rapidly growing U.S.-based social casino startup (currently ~50 people), is looking to hire a hands-on Security Lead/CISO to take ownership of their security function.

This is not a role for someone purely strategic. They’re looking for a candidate comfortable rolling up their sleeves, who can dive into technical details, work directly with engineers, and quickly identify and patch vulnerabilities.

The Role:

• Lead all technical security initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and cloud
• Embed secure development practices within engineering workflows
• Take ownership of incident response, vulnerability management, and proactive threat mitigation
• Implement scalable controls as the business grows

What They're Looking For:

• Experience leading security in high-volume, consumer-facing environments, specifically online casino, sportsbook, or gaming platforms
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, application security, and cloud platforms
