Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an IT-focused security-minded professional to keep our environment running and own vulnerability management across devices, servers, and VDI. You’ll help ensure AI tools are used safely without compromising security.

You’ll serve as the first line of IT support, manage endpoints and access, drive patching, and implement security controls, all within a fast-paced, high-security culture led by a renowned CISO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support/IT operations.
• Experience with IAM, MDM and endpoint security tools.
• Familiar with vulnerability scanning and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of IT support and maintain SLAs.
• Own the full lifecycle of devices and VDI environments.
• Manage patching across endpoints, servers and VDI.
• Run regular vulnerability scans and drive remediation.
• Manage user access with least-privilege principles.
• Implement and monitor security controls (EPP, DLP, email security).
• Maintain asset inventory and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support AI tool adoption with risk-aware guardrails.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure AI deployments.
