Job summary

C2Q Health Solutions seeks an IT Operations & Security Analyst to strengthen information security, asset management, and cloud coordination across teams. You will assist with monitoring, access reviews, and endpoint management while supporting MSP-driven initiatives and end-user IT operations.

The role demands analytical, organized, service-oriented candidates with 2–5 years in IT, familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365, and a willingness to travel locally for on-site support.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of IT support, systems administration, endpoint management, cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or a comparable endpoint management platform.
• Experience with IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, or a cloud-based asset management system.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience coordinating technical projects, vendors, or MSPs is preferred.
• Experience with IT service management, ticketing, and documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review security dashboards, reports, trends, and KPIs.
• Analyze user accounts, permissions, access rights, and privileged access.
• Identify exceptions or unnecessary access and remediation steps.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation tracking and security awareness initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of security procedures and review results.
• Provide Tier 1/2 end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Support asset management, Intune administration, and MSP coordination.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the service management system.
