Job summary

C2Q Health Solutions is seeking an IT Operations & Security Analyst to help safeguard security, manage assets, and coordinate cloud infrastructure with our MSP. The role involves reviewing security dashboards, performing user access reviews, and supporting endpoint management across Microsoft Intune and 365 environments.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in IT operations or cybersecurity, with a mix of security governance, asset management, and end-user support capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2–5 years in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity-related roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and asset lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist security dashboards and KPI reviews; monitor access and permissions.
• Support vulnerability remediation tracking and audit evidence collection.
• Maintain asset lifecycle records; manage Intune devices and configurations.
• Coordinate with MSP for cloud infra and service delivery; document actions.
• Provide Tier 1–2 end-user support and on-site assistance when needed.
