Job summary

Pasito is seeking a Security & IT Manager to own the security, IT, and compliance program end-to-end. You’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, HR, legal, sales, our auditors, and customers, building a scalable, HIPAA-regulated, SOC 2 Type II–aligned program from day one.

You’ll lead IT footprint management, vendor risk, audits, and risk governance, with a remote-first role spanning Latin America and the U.S. market, reporting to the VP of Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security, IT, or GRC.
• Hands-on IT operations experience at startups or growth-stage companies.
• Experience with compliance automation platforms (Vanta/Drata/Secureframe).

Responsibilities

• Direct Pasito's IT footprint and domain/Workspace management.
• Own security and compliance program end to end, including audits and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, HR, and customers to manage risk and posture.
