Job summary

Augmodo is seeking a hands-on Compliance & IT Manager to own and scale our compliance, security, privacy, and IT programs. You will drive SOC 2, ISO 27001 readiness, GDPR/EU AI Act alignment, and partner with Engineering on security controls.

You will manage access controls, IT asset lifecycle, and provide internal IT support while building scalable processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in compliance, information security, IT, or privacy.
• Hands-on with SOC 2; ISO 27001 experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GDPR, privacy, and AI governance (EU AI Act).
• Familiar with access management, endpoint security, and IT operations.
• Comfortable partnering with Engineering and Infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Own SOC 2 compliance program, controls, evidence, audits, remediation.
• Lead ISO 27001 readiness, ISMS, risk assessments, policies, audits.
• Maintain GDPR, privacy, and EU AI Act documentation.
• Manage system access controls, provisioning, access reviews, offboarding.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle, procurement, inventory, licensing, deprovisioning.
• Provide IT helpdesk support and coordinate escalations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure on security controls.
• Coordinate security and compliance assessments for vendors.
