Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Security Investigator to conduct detailed inquiries into security incidents, losses, and breaches. The role emphasizes accuracy, data review, and clear, written documentation of complex findings.

The position requires 2+ years in security investigations, strong writing skills, and familiarity with CCTV systems and access logs. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred. A Level 2 security license is preferred or to be obtained shortly after hire.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Level 2 Security License preferred or to be obtained within a few months of hire.
• Experience: 2+ years in Security Investigations, Loss Prevention, or incident reporting.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to articulate complex facts quickly.
• Attention to detail to detect minute details in logs/footage.
• Proficiency with CCTV/VMS and access logs (Milestone XProtect, LenelS2 NetBox).
• Proficiency in Google Suite for report generation and internal software/WMS.

Responsibilities

• Time-Sensitive Investigations: review, document, and conclude inquiries within deadlines.
• Forensic Review: utilize CCTV to review footage and gather evidence.
• Reporting: write clear, factual investigation reports with professional grammar.
• Resource Management: use security tools to achieve best results.
• Communication: update Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Clients on outcomes.
• Operational Support: assist with routine security officer duties when needed.
