Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and investigative activities, identifying potential fraudulent insurance claims. You will perform stationary and mobile surveillance, collect video and photographic evidence, and create thorough reports for clients.

Responsibilities include preparing for assignments, capturing video from a vehicle, drafting court-ready reports, and submitting case files with footage.

Qualifications

• Experience in covert surveillance techniques and producing court-ready reports.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable vehicle capable of long hours in field work.
• Surveillance equipment such as camcorders and covert cameras.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surveillance assignments by reviewing case information and preliminary reports.
• Conduct field surveillance from a vehicle and capture high-quality video evidence.
• Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports summarizing activity and findings.
• Finalize case file by submitting reports and uploading video footage from a laptop.
• Coordinate with field supervisor and operations teams for guidance and mentorship.
