Job summary

Pinkerton in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Agent to deliver concierge-level security, campus and event protection, and rapid response services to diverse clients.

You will deescalate incidents, conduct investigations, monitor access controls and CCTV, and produce detailed incident reports. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, security credentials, and strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with security experience.
• OH Guard Card, OPOTA Firearms Certification, FAB endorsement, and CCW/HR218 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton values of integrity, vigilance, excellence.
• Provide concierge-level security at client locations and events.
• Deescalate tense situations as they arise.
• Write detailed incident reports after any incident.
• Conduct investigations and prepare investigative reports.
• Oversee campus drop-off/pick-ups and perimeter patrols.
• Support emergency/crisis planning and threat monitoring.
• Transport clients to/from locations or events.
• Secure residential perimeters; review CCTV and manage access controls.
• Identify and escalate equipment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
