Job summary

Manatal is hiring a Security Technician for Rancho Cucamonga with travel to Los Angeles County. This hands-on role covers pulling cable, mounting devices, and supporting installs under a Lead Technician or Foreman in commercial low voltage systems.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years in construction or low voltage, with basic knowledge of access control, CCTV, or intrusion. Overtime and growth opportunities are available on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years in commercial construction or low voltage installation.
• Basic knowledge of low voltage systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Pull and route low voltage cable for security systems in commercial buildings.
• Install and mount devices including cameras, card readers, door hardware, and intrusion sensors.
• Terminate wiring on devices, panels, and equipment.
• Mount equipment according to drawings and specs.
• Read construction drawings and project specs.
• Support access control, CCTV, and intrusion system installation under a Lead Technician or Foreman.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment safely.
• Document completed work accurately.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers on site.
• Work independently on assigned tasks.
• Follow site safety practices at all times.
