Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking highly motivated analysts to protect global organizations by detecting and responding to incidents in real time. The role works within our security operations center to expand skills through diverse experiences while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

You will handle Windows, Mac, and Linux incidents, perform malware analysis, and develop detection processes. A background in incident response and strong scripting abilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident handling for organizations, investigating targeted threats.
• Background using forensic tools in incident response investigations.
• Understanding of system internals to implement countermeasures and remediation.
• Knowledge of network protocols and analysis of logs.
• Ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Ability to create remediation plans for compromised organizations.
• Strong understanding of secure network architecture and operations.
• Experience coding in multiple languages (C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, .NET).
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Exercise incident handling across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Perform basic malware analysis and implement countermeasures.

• Produce clear written and verbal customer findings and recommendations.
