Job summary

Unifi Security is seeking individuals to join a growing team dedicated to secure airport operations. This role focuses on processing and managing identification badges, keys, parking decals, and ramp permits in alignment with Airport Security Program and FAA regulations.

You will maintain accurate credential records, support background investigations, and help resolve access-related issues while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Computer and database management skills, including proficiency with technology-based platforms and MS Office applications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue ID badges, keys, parking decals, and ramp permits in compliance with FAA and Airport Security Program regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in automated and physical security systems for all issued credentials and access devices.
• Conduct and support background investigations as required for badge issuance.
• Assist in resolving badging or access-related issues while maintaining regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Prepare and submit daily reports of activities, discrepancies, or security concerns to Airport Security.

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing, issuing, and managing identification badges, keys, parking decals, and ramp permits in compliance with Airport Security Program and FAA regulations. Ensures all credentials are accurately documented, securely maintained, and issued only to authorized individuals.

• Weekly pay for hourly employees ( may vary specific to state regulations).
• Full time starts at 30 hours per week!

Job Duties:

• Process and issue ID badges, keys, parking decals, and ramp permits in compliance with FAA and Airport Security Program regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in automated and physical security systems for all issued credentials and access devices.
• Conduct and support background investigations as required for badge issuance.
• Assist in resolving badging or access-related issues while maintaining regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Prepare and submit daily reports of activities, discrepancies, or security concerns to Airport Security.
• Support audits and special projects to ensure ongoing compliance with FAA security standards.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
