Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including exterior, by bicycle or company vehicle.
• Monitor alarm systems and surveillance cameras.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve complaints involving guests and employees.
• Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
• Perform gaming drops/transactions and carry drop boxes.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Relay information and emergencies as dispatcher using phones or radios.
• Render first aid and report injuries per protocol.
• Assist in emergency situations by securing scenes and initiating evacuations.
• Attend and pass recurring mandatory legal, defensive tactics, first aid, CPR/AED training.
• Maintain proficiency with all assigned equipment.
