Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a Security Manager to lead our security and safety programs for a luxury resort community. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, staff development, and proactive risk management to protect guests, team members, and property.

The ideal candidate brings experience in hospitality security, strong communication, and budgeting skills, with current CPR/First Aid certifications. A Texas driver's license is required, and the position supports a full-time, exempt schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in security leadership within hospitality or high-end facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and incident reports.
• Supervisory experience in security or hospitality settings.
• Ability to pass comprehensive background and Motor Vehicle Record checks.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee security and safety strategies aligned with resort standards.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the Security team.
• Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular property patrols and address hazards.
• Training Programs: Implement Security Awareness and Safety training for staff.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure OSHA compliance and preventive measures.
• Incident Management: Oversee investigations and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Facility Security: Manage security of facilities, employees, and guests.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for safety and guest satisfaction.
• Event Support: Provide security for conferences, banquets, and events.
• Policy Evaluation: Regularly review and update security policies.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations.
