Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related security or watchman experience or equivalent.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Demonstrate aptitude and competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Energetic, caring, and compassionate attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrives to work on time and maintains regular attendance.
• Keeps an hour-by-hour log of duties.
• Routinely inspects parking areas for suspicious activity.
• Responds to incidents and emergencies in the parking garage.
• Directs guests and provides guidance as the first point of contact.
• Maintains daily activity records and reports to the executive director.
