Job summary

Tradition Senior Living is seeking a Watchman for the Houston-Woodway community. You will help prevent illegal activity, enforce community policies, and conduct security screenings to protect residents, guests, and the property.

You will report to the Concierge Director and support daily operations of the Concierge department, with responsibilities including incident response, guest direction, and maintaining daily activity logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Follow written and verbal directions.
• Demonstrate aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Arrives to work on time and attends work on a regular basis with minimal absences.
• Completes an hour-by hour log.
• Routinely inspect the parking garage area for any suspicious activities.
• Watchman responds to incidents and emergencies, taking charge of the situation when needed.
• Manage administrative tasks such as directing guests and guiding visitors.
