Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and incidents as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
