Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation may be required as a condition of employment.
• A drug screen may be required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct individuals in accordance with established site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions taken.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
