As a part-time position, the agent will work a schedule including evenings and nights, focusing on deterring security incidents and supporting patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hospital personnel and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors according to site policies.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to site leadership.

DayTime Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors in accordance with site-specific visitor management procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21+.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
