As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Security Clearance in Roy, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site requirements, documenting visitor activity and access‑related concerns.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities for site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
