Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring unarmed Security Officers in Goodyear, AZ. You will provide customer service by enforcing safety procedures and site policies, and participate in emergency responses as needed.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents calmly and conducting regular patrols around the premises. This role supports multiple client sites and requires flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Arizona driver's license for over one year with a clean driving record.
• Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct patrols.
• Work outside in the elements.
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts.

Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour.

Multiple Shifts Available - FT/PT & Flex Positions

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• 6+ months of security experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
