Allied Universal is hiring an unarmed Security Guard in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will protect clients across industries and perform patrols, logs, and incident reporting, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Now Hiring Unarmed Security Officers - Immediate Openings! (Litchfield Park, AZ)

Pay Rate: $20.39 an hour.

Multiple Shifts Available - Full Time

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Arizona drivers license for over one year - with a clean driving record
• Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols
• Work Outside in the Elements
• Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other required
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts may be required

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
