Job Description
Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Guard Shift Supervisor $21.85 per hour. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public; ability to use initiative and independent judgment within guidelines
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws; may be required prior to employment
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, minimum insurance levels, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Must pass background investigation and drug/alcohol testing; may include driver record check
• Intermediate computer skills for utilizing wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods
