Genesis Investment Properties is seeking a part-time security guard to join our team in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. Hours are Monday through Friday 3:30pm-6pm; duties include patrolling, monitoring, and responding to emergencies per SOPs to protect the construction site.

Ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, ability to stand and walk for shifts, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, secure environment across all site operations.

• Detects suspicious activities at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property
• Responds to emergencies in an orderly manner utilizing proper training and follow all SOPs

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a part-time security guard to join our growing team. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 3:30pm-6pm.

Physical Demands:

• The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
• Requires moderate physical efforts: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus
