Genesis Investment Properties is seeking a part-time Security Guard to join our team. The role covers evenings Mon/Wed/Fri from 6pm to 12am on a construction site, with duties including patrols, grounds checks, and responding to emergencies per SOPs.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a part-time security guard to join our growing team. The hours for this position are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6pm-12am.

Essential Functions

• Patrols facility or man post and serve as a security presence and visible deterrent on construction site
• Conducts periodic grounds check
• Detects suspicious activities at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property
• Responds to emergencies in an orderly manner utilizing proper training and follow all SOPs

• The employee is frequently required to stand and walk
