Genesis Investment Properties is seeking a part-time Security Guard in New Jersey. The role involves patrolling the facility and maintaining a visible security presence, with shifts Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm-12am.

The position requires a High School/GED, ability to perform physical tasks, and to respond to emergencies per SOPs. On-site duties include monitoring access points and coordinating with management as needed.

Security Guard

Job Summary

: We are currently seeking a part-time security guard to join our growing team. The hours for this position are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6pm-12am.

Essential Functions:

• Patrols facility or man post and serve as a security presence and visible deterrent on construction site
• Conducts periodic grounds check
• Detects suspicious activities at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property
• Responds to emergencies in an orderly manner utilizing proper training and follow all SOPs

Education and Experience:

• High School/ GED
