Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard in Casa Grande, Arizona to safeguard clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. You will be part of a team delivering safety procedures and exceptional customer service on site.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of security experience, a valid Arizona guard card, an Arizona driver’s license, and is able to work outdoors and walk or stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Arizona driver’s license for over one year with a clean driving record.
• Active Arizona guard card.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
