Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the venue including entrances, bowling areas, amusements, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and policy violations and report observations.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment during busy operating periods, special events, and closing activities.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to guests and team members. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 07:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed 07:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the entertainment venue, including entrances, bowling areas, amusement areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and policy violations, reporting observations through established procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment during busy operating periods, special events, and closing activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
